Gary Vaynerchuk’s Book from 2010 is still my #1 business, internet marketing, and all around “go to” book. I recommend every person who ever thought about being in business or having a website, read this book. Yes, Read this first!
This book by Grant Cardone will push you into taking Massive Actions in and on your business. Grant explains what kinds of things/ thoughts/ circumstance hold people back, how to push through the obstacles and overcome limitations & objections to achieve things you never dreamed of. From goal setting to cold-calling. Don’t think at 1X. Do Everything at 10X – That’s 10 times bigger & badder than you originally thought. This is an amazing book and Grant motivates me to take Massive Actions every day. You must read this book right away! 10 out of 10 Stars!
Michael Hyatt is the master of the Online Platform. In this book, he explains everything you need to know about the different web/ social media platform mediums and why you should use each of them. Plus goes step by step how to build your online platform and why. I have bought dozens of these books and given them away to business-people I meet, coach or work with. If you want to connect with your clients & customers, offer your products and services to the masses, you need to build your platform. This is the bible for just that.
Jay Baer’s book, Youtility is a great example of how you should run your online and/or offline business. Every business should also be in the Media business. Jay tells you how and why turning your business in to a Youtility this is vital to your success!
Tim Ferriss’s book from 2007 is my all time favorite “Freedom/ Digital Nomad/ Do-Your-Own-Thing book – It was revised in 2009 where he added more tips to it. Operating your business from anywhere on the globe and being a digital nomad is the future of business. This book is serious, funny and full of things you would never see in any other book. Tim was turned down from 26 of 27 book publishers at first. Today, this book has been translated into 20-30 languages and sold millions and millions of copies around the world. This book sits at he core of my business mindset and has motivated me since 2007 to business the companies I have built and why.
David Newman’s book on marketing is one of the best ones I have read on this topic. It was one of my top 3 books for 2013. David Newman is Super-direct and to the point. He has detailed lists and things for you to do to boost your business to that next level. Many marketing books dance around and fill pages worth of fluff. Not this one. It is hardcore marketing and no nonsense.
